Delivery and Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing and Dispatch All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a subsequent notification, including tracking details, once your item has been handed over to the courier.
2. Domestic Delivery Rates and Services We utilise Royal Mail for our domestic deliveries within the United Kingdom. We factually offer the following services based on the order value and requirements:

Standard Shipping: £6.00 via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Estimated delivery within 24 hours of dispatch).

Premium / High-Value Shipping: For high-value items (such as luxury fragrances), or orders that qualify for free shipping, we strictly upgrade the service to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm™ to ensure safe, fully insured transit.
3. Signature Requirements and Secure Delivery Due to the premium nature of many of our products, our high-value deliveries strictly require a signature upon receipt.

For these specific services, our couriers are explicitly instructed not to leave parcels in "safe places" (such as bins, porches, or with neighbours) without prior, verifiable written authorisation.

The delivery driver will capture a signature, and often a photograph of the parcel at the open or closed door, as definitive proof of delivery.

Once an item is successfully delivered and tracked to the designated shipping address, the responsibility and risk for the goods pass directly to the customer.
4. Failed Deliveries and Address Inaccessibility If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the parcel, or if the address is inaccessible, they will typically leave a "Something for you" card.
It is the customer's responsibility to follow the factual instructions on the card to arrange a redelivery or collect the item from their local Royal Mail Delivery Office.
If an item is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided at checkout, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee to dispatch the goods again.
5. Fraud Prevention We take online retail fraud exceedingly seriously. All transactions are subject to 3DS authentication at checkout. In the event of a dispute or a claim of non-receipt, we rely on the factual evidence provided by Royal Mail, including GPS coordinates of the delivery scan, photographic evidence at the property, and the captured signature. Fraudulent chargeback claims will be contested robustly and reported to Action Fraud and the relevant authorities.
